Humber Bridge Debt

The objectives of the Department for Transport (DfT) include the following:

through reliable and efficient transport networks
To enhance access to jobs, services and social networks,
including for the most disadvantaged
In view of these objectives and the level of the toll on the Humber Bridge, has the Office for Yorkshire and the Humber made any representations to the DfT regarding the management of the Humber Bridge debt? If so could you please provide me with details?

Thanks to Alison Biddulph for her reply. Despite saying that she is unable to provide me with the information I requested, she has, in fact, answered my question. The Government Office for Yorkshire and the Humber has NOT made any representations to the DfT regarding the Humber Bridge debt.
I will be writing an open letter to the GOYH asking for an explanation of their role and policies in promoting social and economic development in the Humber region.
