“Following recent requests for the numbers of deaths within 28 days you stated
that it would be released before 22nd June 2021. I have not been able to find this
information in the report to which you linked in response to earlier requests. I
therefore ask specifically if you could release to me details of the total numbers of
people who died within 28 days of COVID vaccination.”
Please be advised that the information requested is available via the Public Health
Scotland Covid-19 Weekly Report for Scotland v
ia COVID-19 statistical report 23 June
2021 - Data & intelligence from PHS (isdscotland.org). The report (from page 27)
provides the number of deaths that have occurred within 28 days following a dose 1 and
dose 2 COVID-19 vaccination.
This is a formal notice that Section 25 - Information otherwise accessible, is applied to
your request, under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. Therefore, we are
not providing the information above in an alternative form in response to your request.
