Divinity Road, St Mary's and St Clements - proposed LTN

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Oxfordshire County Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Richard Parnham

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

In the recent OCC leaflet announcing plans for an LTN in the Divinity Road, St Mary's and St Clements part of Oxford, it was stated that "residents, councillors, disability groups and businesses have all been involved in shaping the design for the low traffic neighbourhood.

We have also worked with all the emergency services, waste collection services and utilities companies to check their designs."

Please
a) provide me with a complete list of consultees (excluding private citizens) for the design of the above-mentioned LTN. i.e. please include taxi companies, but not taxi drivers by name.
b) provide me with the all correspondence from councillors, disability groups, emergency services, waste collection services and utilities companies regarding their feedback on the plans proposed. For every response type other than councillors, I am content to have names of individuals redacted. However, I want to see what consulted councillors said about the schemes.
c) Please provide me with any submissions made by local community / cycling / pro-low traffic neighbour groups regarding the design on the scheme - i.e. those that include suggestions regarding where the barriers should be located.

Yours faithfully,

Richard Parnham

Richard Parnham

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

In my initial request, i asked for "please provide me with any submissions made by local community / cycling / pro-low traffic neighbour groups regarding the design on the scheme - i.e. those that include suggestions regarding where the barriers should be located." However, I've only received one submission of this type - and very strongly suspect their are others, particularly in relation to the planned Divinity Road LTNs. Can you please confirm that no other local community / cycling / pro-low traffic neighbour groups regarding the design on the scheme? This is (not yet) a formal request for a review - more an "are you sure you've remembered to send me everything?" follow-up.

Yours faithfully,

Richard Parnham
