Dear East Riding of Yorkshire Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of East Riding of Yorkshire Council's handling of my FOI request '30 minute library rule'.

I would be surprised if this is the only information you have recorded.
Please conduct an internal review to confirm or deny that this is the case.

To help you understand the problem, I can give you more detail.
I frequently visit Goole library, a building with vastly more staff than visitors on every occasion I have ever attended.
I attend to read books from the reference section.
How may I do this if I am not permitted to take such books out on loan and the ones I want to read encompass 1064 pages, whilst remaining in the library for less than 30 minutes?

Many thanks,

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/3...

Yours faithfully,

sean kirby
