Dear Steve Bache

Thank you for your response stating that the work requested would take over the 18 hours to provide.
Therefore I am happy to receive whatever information you can provide (relating to the previous request we have made)which will take you under 18 hours to collate and send to us.

To clarify our request and reduce your workload further still, please find the modified request below.

In your response you did not mention whether your Trust uses the
following:
Dietitians
Occupational Therapists
Operating Department Practitioners
Pharmacists
Physiotherapists
Radiographers
Sonographers

Please find the modified request below regarding these AHP professions. I am happy to to accept this information for the period 2010 (Jan - Dec) or the financial year Apr 2010 - Mar 2011, which ever is easier for you is fine.

1.Total Agency spend in the 7 AHP catergories listed above (broken down into each catergory)

2.Number of temporary agency staff on placement within the Trust per job type (listed above)

3.Which agencies were used to recruit in the 7 AHP catergories listed above (broken down into each catergory - if this is possible)

I hope you are now able to provide this narrower request for information.

Also please can we have the same information provided for the nursing side for the following catergories.
RNLD - Registered Learning Disability Nurse
CPN - Community psychiatric nurse
RMN - Registered Mental Nurse
RGN - Registered General Nurse
RSCN- Registered Sick Children's Nurse

I appreciate in your recent response that you mentioned that it would be either very difficult or not possible to separate RGN - Registered GeneralNurses
and RSCN- Registered Sick Children's Nurses from the general category of Nurses.
As this is the case we are happy to accept the requested information to be provided without RGN's and RSCN's being seperated from the general catergory of nurses.

As noted at the start of the request, we appreciate that there is an 18 hour limit that you are legally entitled to adhere to. Therefore I am happy to accept only the requested information that you can provide within the 18 hour limit you have referred to in your previous response.

Yours sincerely,

Carl Tinker
