Dear Becky Fowlds,

Thank you for your reply and the 26 documents posted.
These cover the period from December 2005 to November 2009

I am puzzled that you state a meeting of the Environment & Community Committee dated 22nd March 2011 agreed that the Leisure Working Group should be discontinued.

Were there no meetings between November 2009 and the discontinuation decision fifteen months later?

I am also interested to know what committee or group now has oversight of the leisure contracts.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Burns

Dear West Devon Borough Council,

Dear Becky Fowlds, Thank you for your holding reply regarding subsequent meetings.

Having studied the minutes sent yesterday, I am also puzzled as to what has happened to the part of my request that sought reports presented to the Member Group on the Leisure Connection Contract Meetings.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Burns
