Hi

I am well thank you and I hope that you are too.

Due to capacity levels and the number of investments we make, we unfortunately are not able to undertake site visits for every project we invest in, but we
have in the past visited sites when it was felt that a wider geographical or site context was needed to help us understand whether a project is viable and
fundable.

You are correct in your email below- we are currently unable to undertake any site visits because of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, however, we have
undertaken a satellite review and it is not felt that a site visit is needed in your case, as we recognise that there is a need to provide a facility, but the designs
needed to be revised and made fit-for-purpose to meet our design guidance. As the applicant organisation, the onus is with yourselves to ensure that you
have considered elements, such as the location of existing service connections, when creating the designs, as Sport England can only provide advice on our
own design guidance rather than provide wider construction/ professional advice.

I hope that the above is helpful and that all is going well with updating the designs, but please do let me know if there is anything you are unsure of.

Many thanks and take care,

Morning
I are well  and staying safe, I provided an update to the Town Council last night on where we are with things, which they were happy with.
One question I did get was “has Sport England been on site at the ground”? My response was that I know it was planned, however due to Covid I wasn’t 100%
sure if it had taken place or whether more technical ways of looking at the site had been used.
I wondered if you could confirm if a site visit has taken place or more technical methods used.

Kind regards
