(FOIA) 2000 relating to ICT devices. Please see the response provided below:
Kent County Council has provided staff with centrally managed Samsung mobile 
phones at Coronavirus testing locations managed by Kent County Council.
Q1 What other devices have been bought for use at Coronavirus testing 
locations managed by Kent County Council with quantities of each device type. 
(could this information be broken down into each Coronavirus testing site)   
100 Lenovo Tablets (4 per site).

Q2 How many Samsung mobile phone(s) have been distributed to staff at 
Coronavirus testing locations managed by Kent County Council. (could this 
information be broken down into each Coronavirus testing site) 
144 phones (6 per site).

Q3 What software is currently being used for enterprise mobility management of 
Samsung mobile phones used at Coronavirus testing locations managed by Kent 
County Council. (Is the same software used across all Coronavirus testing 
sites)   
KCC uses Airwatch for MDM (Mobile Device Management) and is the same across all 
of the sites.

Q4 What software is currently being used for enterprise mobility management of 
Non-Samsung mobile phones used at Coronavirus testing locations managed by 
Kent County Council. (Is the same software used across all Coronavirus testing 
sites)   
N/A (All Samsung Phones)

Q5 When were the Samsung mobile devices being used at Coronavirus testing 
sites purchased. 
December 2020.

Can I have Kent County Council's latest ICT strategy 
Please find the document ‘Draft ICT Strategy 2020-2023 PR Nov 2020’ attached. This 
document was presented at the Policy and Resources Committee in November 2020.

Can I have Kent County Council's procurement policy for ICT devices 
KCC does not have a separate policy for ICT devices.
