Guidance on HOW to add pinned notes /flags to Universal Credit cases
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please provide any training notes or guidance to DWP staff on the actual procedure of pinning a note to a claimant's Universal Credit account to indicate complex needs, and on how to add a 'flag' on complex needs.
Also if 'watermarks' can be added (as with PIP) how they do that.
Also any guidance notes or training materials on finding these pins/flags/watermarks.

Some people might be interested in this judgment concerning Errol Graham who starved to death in June 2018:

He was claiming ESA and did not attend a WCA.
Reference is made to a Mental Health flag at paragraph 21 and to "core visits" at paragraph 22.
