Good Afternoon,

You have previously been in contact with
at the Environment Agency about redaction to correspondence
we were asked for by a member of the public. This was about the Fortum Carlisle’s environmental permit
application for the proposed Kingmoor Incinerator near Carlisle.

We have now received another request for information. The correspondence between you and the Environment
Agency about the confidentially of
is now in the scope of the new request. There is also
some correspondence about the extension of the consultation period that will form part of the response.

I have attached the correspondence that we need to include as part of our response to this information request.
Please could you check that you are happy with the redactions that I have made to this before I send the
information out.

Are you able to get back to me by next Monday – 7 December ‐ on this?

Thanks

Laura
