Response:
Liverpool City Council can advise that our responses are as follows –
The Council historic land owning in the area has been limited to:
The former Daisy Street school (now converted to the newer housed on Daisy Street) which
we understand are not part of the private landlord sales
Areas of vacant land at the tops of relevant streets fronting on to Commercial Road – these
remain in Council ownership
The Council did not own and did not dispose of any of the housing stock identified. The
questioner would need to identify previous ownership through Land Registry and similar
searches.
A range of Liverpool Foundation Homes officers were involved in considering a potential
regeneration scheme within the Flower Streets.
This concludes our response.
The City Council will consider appeals, referrals or complaints in respect of your
Freedom of Information Act 2000 and you must submit these in writing to

The matter will be dealt with by an officer who was not previously involved with the
response and we will look to provide a response within 40 days.
