I'd like to make an Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for all objections received by post (or by email) by Wirral Council during a consultation period that ended today at noon (8th January 2020). The consultation was asking for objections to the disposal of land by Wirral Council off Arrowe Park Road, Upton and also for objections for its use for retail development and ancillary uses. Wirral Council's reference for the consultation was PAR/LHRAM/33687 and objections were requested to be e-mailed to [email address] or by post to Director of Law and Governance, Wirral Borough Council, Distribution Services, 5 Sandford Street, Birkenhead, CH41 1BN.

With regards to the form and format of the information (regulation 6) I am requesting that it is provided electronically in .pdf format (Adobe Acrobat). I would also prefer each individual objection to be sent as a separate file, as this will provide clarity as to which objection is referred to in case there is any subsequent challenge made to any redactions you may have made to objection/s.

definition of ‘environmental information’ as defined within Regulation
2(1)(f).   Your request is set out as below:

exempt information, as contained in Regulation 13 EIR 2004.  We consider
that the disclosure of requested information would contravene the Data
Protection Act 2018 because personal data shall be lawful and fairly
processed in relation to individual(s) and we consider that the
individual(s) concerned would have a legitimate expectation that their
personal data would not be further processed.
