Liverpool City Council would advise as follows –
1.
The City Council does not hold records relating to individual Councillors meetings
aside of formal Committee meetings, details of which are already in the public domain
via the Council website.
2.
Councillor Kennedy at the time of his election satisfied all relevant criteria as specified
within electoral legislation such as to enable him to complete his current term of office.
3.
The email accounts of Councillors are held and retained by the individual Councillors
as Data Controllers and which the City Council does not have access or control. No
information is therefore held.
4.
Information on registered interests and any offers of hospitality notified to the City
Council by Elected Members are already in the public domain and reasonably
accessible to you via the City Council website.
The remaining elements of your request constitute speculation, opinion and leading comment
and are therefore not valid.
This concludes our response.
