BRP Delivery Information

We're waiting for A.A. Adewuyi to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Home Office,

I would like to know how long, on average, that it is taking to deliver BRPs in the past two months.
Also, I would like to know if some postcodes are prioritised in the delivery of BRPs. I have a case where some have gotten their decision letters later and have received their BRPs within the 10 day timeframe, whereas others who got a decision earlier are still waiting for their BRPs; they have not even gotten a consignment number. I am one of the latter as at today.

I believe this information would assist in further enquiries to know what is happening and request further help, if necessary. At the same time, this may flag some potential errors and lead to improved quality of service. Thank you.

Dear Home Office,

Thank you for your reply, from which it would it seem that only less than 5% of BRPs are not delivered at first attempt. If this is the case, why aren't these "minority" of cases contacted promptly and informed of the reasons for the delay, as would be apt? For example, in my case, I have not yet gotten a consignment number, more than 20 working days after; I have used the online BRP not yet arrived form and I have not received a reply. Meanwhile those that I know in other areas, especially the capital, who got a decision after mine in the same category have all gotten their BRPs.

Would it be that the Home Office keeps these cases on the back burner?
