This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Q1. Does Hammersmith and Fulham have a central management system (CMS) to control
and monitor its streetlighting?

A1. Hammersmith & Fulham does not currently have a central management system (CMS)
to control and monitor its streetlighting

Q2. If yes, who is the vendor of the CMS system and what is the name of the CMS system?
Also how and when this system was procured including the details of the competitive tender
process used.

A2. See answer 1 above

Q3. If the answer to question 1/ above is No, please advise if it is the intention of
Hammersmith and Fulham to procure a street lighting CMS and if so, when and how the
system will be procured under a competitive tender process?

A3. We can advise that we are currently looking to procure a CMS for street lighting. But
our strategy for procurement is yet to be determinised. But will entirely comply with our own
internal governance and wider legislative requirements
