Good morning,
I met with
and
this morning to discuss the on‐going issues in Salhouse.
We have agreed that we will be serving a Community Protection Notice Warning on
which I will draft
up today and send to NP Law for checking –
. I have advised
– these are not necessary to issue the warning, but will be required should the case move on.
I hope this is clear and reassures you that this case is receiving full partnership attention which will hopefully, bring
some resolution to the situation.
Cllr. Tapp, this is for your information only, and I would ask that, if you are approached regarding this, that you
simply advise that it is in the hands of the Operational Partnership Team and is being dealt with appropriately.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

After a discussion with James O we contacted the LEP to see what information they had about the ‘not viable’ claim.
Please see below email from Glen Moore of the LEP regarding his visit to Radleys.
If you need anything else let me know.
