REVIEW OF REQUEST UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000
Thank you for your email of 1 October. You asked for an internal review of our
response to your request for information of 10 September 2020. In your request you
asked for information about every FOI request the Cabinet Office has received since the
act came into force.
I have careful y reviewed the handling of your request and I consider that the exemption
at section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act was properly applied. I believe that the
balance of the public interest was ful y considered for the reasons set out it our letter of
30 September. I have therefore concluded that I should uphold the decision given in
our letter.

https://www.gov.uk/government/col ections/government-foi-statistics. I must add that the
majority of data from Freedom of Information Requests you have requested wil have
been archived or deleted to comply with Data Protection and GDPR. It would also take
a considerable amount of time checking through what data is stil held by the Cabinet
Office to locate information within the scope of your request.
