Thank you for your information request indicated in bold below, which has now been
considered under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 by NHS Cheshire Clinical
Commissioning Group (CCG). I am able to provide you with the following information

CCG, NHS Vale Royal CCG and NHS West Cheshire CCG merged to form NHS

Please can you supply me with a full list of GP Practice Managers along
with their email addresses.
NHS Cheshire CCG does hold the information you have requested. However,
GP Practice staff and their direct email addresses are considered by NHS
Cheshire CCG to constitute ‘personal information’ under the Data Protection Act
and, as a result, are exempt from disclosure under section 40 (2) of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please be advised that NHS Cheshire CCG’s member GP practices, along with
their contact details, are publically available on our website at the below link,
