Neighbourhood development plan
Dear Herefordshire Council,
On 5th May 2019 a report/list of questions by the Neighbourhood Development Plan examiner for Welsh Newton and Llanrothal, Rosemary Kidd, was published.
Question 7 included a proposal that new dwellings at Welsh Newton Common should be accessed from a made up road. This was not suggested during the years of drafting and the (very limited) public consultation. My FOI question is, "Please give the name of the person who asked the examiner to include this additional, and extremely restrictive last-minute policy. I would like the actual name of the person, not the public body that they represent."
I think I may already know the answer, but I'd like official confirmation please. Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Hilary Boughton
