- s117 aftercare (under the Mental Health Act)
- Continuing Health Care (CHC)

- personal wheelchair budgets
- personal health budgets

Q1. Could you provide details of any service(s) you commission to provide Independent Advocacy Support to adults and children or young people receiving aftercare support under section 117 of the Mental Health Act?

Independent Advocacy Support to adults and children or young people

Details of which services are commissioned.

The current contract for provision of advocacy is with SEAP and covers 7
key delivery areas as listed in the attached.

The budget allocated for any of the above types of advocacy.

Attached is the budgeted costs for the fixed elements within the
provisions. The cost per case elements can vary due to the nature of the
delivery.
If you are unhappy with the way your request has been handled or the
outcome of your request, you may ask for an internal review. You should
