NHS Counter Fraud policies
Dear NHS Counter Fraud Authority,
Can I please have copies of the following polices which are currently actively in use within the NHS Counter Fraud Authority
1. Policy on managing flexible working arrangements (such as part time working, working from home etc)
2. Policy regarding recruitment processes
3. Policy regarding staff retirement
4. Policy for managing staff absence
If there is not a specific NHSCFA policy for these areas, can you please advise and provide copies of the policies you do work to?
Can you also confirm if the NHS Counter fraud authority aligns with current NHS Agenda for Change terms and conditions of employment for all staff (i.e are all staff employed on agenda for change terms) and are there any variations in terms from the standard NHS AfC conditions? If there are differences can these variance terms please be listed.
