Information Request
In response to your Freedom of Information request 28 January 2020, in which you
sought the following information:
Please see the below requests for information: I am a member of the
Bramshott and Liphook Neighbourhood Development Plan Steering Group
and facilitate the working parties for health/wellebing and education (PUblic
Services Working Party) on whose behalf the requests below are made.
Please advise me if you require the two requests to be made separately.
Part 1 - health/wellbeing
With respect to developers’ contributions (from s106 agreements or from April
2016 CIL contributions) since 1 January 2007 please advise how much money:
- developers developing sites in the parish of Bramshott and Liphook were
required to contribute to health and wellbeing for local residents, and whether
any specific institutions, organisations or other entities or purposes were
designated in such requirements;
- how much of the amounts due under s106 agreements or CIL contributions
HCC any other authority named in the s 106 agreement or CIL contribution
has received to date;
- how much of the amounts HCC or another authority has received have been
distributed to the specific purposes designated for health and wellbeing and
related purposes. Please identify the organisations, purpose and amounts
distributed;
- where no specific organisations, institutions or entities were designated by
name, how much of the amounts due for education from developers

contributions in the parish has been distributed, whether allocated for those
purposes originally or not, to each of:
the two GP surgeries in the village of Bramshott and Liphook;
the pharmacy (currently run by Lloyds)
dental surgeries based in the village of Bramshott and liphook;
day care and other facilities and activities offered to local elderly, disabled,
or residents with other medical and health needs
respite care offered to carers and/or other provision for carers, including
young carers
support for groups, organisations or individuals seeking to promote and
secure healthy lifestyles, minds and bodies for local residents.
Please identify the amounts paid and the dates.
Hampshire County Council does not hold this information.
East Hampshire District Council and South Down National Park would be in the best
position to answer the above.
Part 2- education

All the above contributions (with the exception of the final payment from the Lowsley
Farm development) are currently being held by the County Council and have not
been allocated to any projects at this point.
The need to expand Liphook Infant and Junior Schools is kept under constant
review and the expansion will be undertaken should the need arise. No funding has
been sought for pre school/nursery places or apprenticeship and training
opportunities for 16-18 year olds.
