Thank you for your email of 12th December 2019, in which you requested the following 
information: 
 
In regards to FOI2019/00455, a copy of an email sent on 17th April 2019 at 16:02, 

by a Network Rail employee [name redacted], contains the following: 
 
"Removal of the public PROW footbridge crossing over the railway and making the 

station footbridge the PROW - Southeastern has concerns that the removal of the 
PROW footbridge outside our lease area would create a public right of way across 
the station. .[]" 

 
Please send me a copy of that correspondence that Southeastern sent to Network 
Rail as referenced in this paragraph. I am not looking for commercially sensitive 

information, which you may redact, and am making this request under the EIR as it 
involves potential land development.  
 
 
I have processed your request under the Environmental Information Regulations 
2004 (EIR) as the information requested is environmental according to the definition 
in regulation 2(c) of the EIR.1 I can confirm that we hold the information you requested,
