Presumably Roger Hirst, Police and Crime Commissioner, and Deputy Jane Gardner have offices in the building.
Therefore you do have the information I requested. Ask them.

Dear Ms Rhosier
Thank you for your further correspondence regarding our response to your
Freedom of Information request, reference 032 2019.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides public access to information
held by public authorities. The Act covers any recorded information that
is held by a public authority in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and
by UK-wide public authorities based in Scotland.
Recorded information includes printed documents, computer files, letters,
emails, photographs, and sound or video recordings and therefore your
enquiry to ask the Police Fire and Crime Commissioner and the Deputy
Police Fire and Crime Commissioner those questions does not fall under the
Freedom of Information Act.
As such your further request will be dealt with as general correspondence
and not as a Freedom of Information request and we will provide a response
in due course.
