Target vs Actual Elapse Times for Setting a Court Date After Deciding to Prosecute
Dear Insolvency Service,
What is your internal target time frame (and your actual average elapse time) for setting a court date after your internal legal review of one of your criminal investigations concludes with a decision that you will prosecute the company officers that were investigated?
What has prevented your legal team from securing a court date within this target time frame?
