Queen's Bench Masters Inherent Jurisdiction

The request is waiting for clarification. If you are Mr Frankham, please sign in to send a follow up message.

Dear Ministry of Justice,

I am requesting all recorded information that confirms whether or not the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court's of Justice has jurisdiction over inferior courts and local authorities and in particular police Constables and those that operates as a colorable fiction (equity law) of law.

When only the Queen's Bench Division masters have the inherent jurisdiction of both Common Law and equity, if this is no longer the case or inaccurate please provide clarification.

In particular the common law side of the Queen's Bench and the master's inherent jurisdiction to hold inferior courts and local authorities who all operate as colourable fiction (equity) of law to account.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Frankham
