Thank you for your email of 13 August requesting the following information:
"Could you provide the public accounts for Nottinghamshire ACF for the last 5 years , cleary as
these are required to be produced and retained there should be no issues supplying them
quickly and cheaply Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland"
I am treating your correspondence as a request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act (FOIA) 2000 and I have therefore considered whether the Department holds any recorded
information relating to your request. I am writing to advise you that following a search of our
recorded information, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the
Ministry of Defence.
Under Section 16 of the Act (advice and assistance), you may find it helpful to know that the Army
Cadet Force's national accounts are published by The Cadet Force Association. They are a
charity, with funding from different sources (including a grant from the Ministry of Defence) and
they may hold information on regional accounts if you wish to contact them. The charity do publish
their national accounts, which can be found on the Army Cadets website at the following link:

If you have any queries regarding the content of this letter, please contact this office in the first
instance. Following this, if you wish to complain about the handling of your request, or the content
