Dear Ms Talbot,

 

There isn’t a separate policy for Disability. The details are interspersed
/ spread out throughout the policies that were sent to you.

 

There are policies for specific areas relating as contained in the
Equality Act 2010 as it relates to Disability – some of the main areas
covered relate to recruitment and selection, and access to work – signed
up to disability confident scheme.

 

Can you please explain what you mean by ‘practice reviews’?

A practice review is a process of identifying what changes in practice are required, in this case identifying what changes in practice are required following implementation of the DIsability Discrimination Act and the Equality Act.
