Garages and land off aldersley Avenue skipton Bd232la

We're waiting for Darren shaw to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Craven District Council,
I’m making a request to find out who owns the land and garages off Aldersley Avenue in skipton and this is the proposed access land to a potential housing development please could you provide me with the information in regards to this as has it been sold and or does the council still own the access rights to this.
Also was there a public interest in the sale of the land and the eviction of its tenants that has lead to the site looking un-tidy.

I am writing to request an internal review of Craven District Council's handling of my FOI request 'Garages and land off aldersley Avenue skipton Bd232la'.

I would like clarification on why the council did in fact terminate the lease of these garages and request the eviction of its tenants. And I have a notice to prove this but by the comments previous the council have stated they didn’t evict them.
Please can you clarify what is correct
