“I am writing to request details of the date/year each of the wards/boroughs within your council have committed to 
becoming carbon neutral, in light of the climate emergency declared by the government last month. 
 
I would also like to know the details of any specific plans in place to help them achieve this goal.” 
 
This has been processed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In response, we can confirm that we do not 
hold the requested information. However, the parish councils within our borough are public authorities in their own 
right, you may wish to contact them individually.
