Dear Mr Wilson
Freedom of Information Request 484765 Thank you for your recent request received 11 June 2019. Your request was actioned
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in which you requested the following
information –
[1] Please confirm the date of Cllr Kris Brown's involvement into his new investigation
was it after his statement on ITV Granada Reports (6 pm 24th May 2019 ) at the site
known as Fox Street Village or many weeks before?
[2] Please supply all FOI's sent into the council from the lead investigations at the
Liverpool Echo and Cllr Brown, who has investigated for 2 years the failed sites in
Liverpool according to Joe Thomas and Alistair Houghton?
[3] Chinatown, Pall Mall, Quadrant, Paramount, Baltic house, Berry house, etc have
these reporters interviewed any members of your staff over the last 2 years on these
sites?
[4] Will the council please supply the planning application paperwork on the site -
Known as 'St James Court'
Reference: Luxury £30m apartment complex set for Baltic Triangle, this was
published by Liverpool Senior Reporter, Josh Parry 23th May 2016.
[4a] Will the council supply the persons and the planning application, and did this
senior reporter check his details with the council or the planning officers or Roger
Mann as to this being real and not just another scam?
[5] Has the council had any dealing with Richard Caton and or Carl Mills or
Developers Pinnacle Alliance, with the planning application of St James Court in
2015/16?
[6] If your reply is no, then could the Liverpool council please try to explain just how a
reporter from the Liverpool echo could just wake up one day and publish a story on a
building that the council knows nothing about, and did anyone from the council legal
team question 'Josh Parry' as to how he took information from 'Richard Caton and
Tony Freeman' a convicted con artist?
[7] So after the investigation into these failed sites has the Liverpool echo uncovered
any of the missing funds and or helped the buyers get any refunds, has the council
got any back payments as 106 fees due to the investigation by the Liverpool Echo,
has the Liverpool echo uncovered the number of bent solicitors and the accountants
behind this ongoing scam, that took place worldwide and in the UK? Has both the
Liverpool council and the Liverpool echo been in contact with the NCA and the SFO
to pass over any of the information you both must have collected
