Why hasn’t the Mayor or his staff contacted Gleeds Liverpool who worked on Fox Street

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Liverpool City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Liverpool City Council,

To: Michael Jones

Freedom of Information Request

We requested the following information

1. Why hasn’t the Mayor or his staff contacted Gleeds Liverpool who worked on Fox Street Village over the building problems, they and the Echo knew in advance the project had run out of cash, and the building would never be finished. Advanced e-mails to both the Liverpool Echo last year and to the LCC was all hushed up, as were FOI's.

Why are you doing this the public have the right to know and the Echo is there to sever the public as are LCC, so please just reply and tell the truth.

1. Gleeds last year were contacted by both buyers and members of the public with regards to Fox Street, yet to-day 24th May 2019 not one reporter from the Liverpool and or the Mayor's office has talked to Gleeds HQ London or Gleeds Liverpool. Could the LCC explain why no investigation has taken place?

Paul Boyle Gleeds Liverpool has to-day went on holiday and his office has said Gleeds did work on-site at Fox Street, further e-mails to and from them have now been seen and it's shocking in its report from far back as 2017, Now the Mayor of Liverpool has also gone on holiday.

"Gleeds London/ Liverpool has stated no one from the LCC and the Liverpool Echo has been any inquiries into Fox Street. Only members of the public and other media agents".

Yours faithfully,
Ms Jacobs Everton ward
