Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides two distinct but 
related rights of access to information which impose corresponding duties on

 Of the figures of residents on the housing waiting list and in temporary accommodation being 
housed in newly built affordable housing in the private sector between 2012 and 2019 what were 
the numbers of people in both categories per year , if any.
