Dear Caerphilly County Borough Council,

I am interested in information concerning the possible relocation of Cwmcarn Primary School. Please could you provide any correspondence, reports or minutes of meetings that relate to a proposal to relocate Cwmcarn Primary School from its current location at Newport Road, Cwmcarn.

Specifically, I am looking for any records of (1) a proposal to relocate the school, (2) discussion / appraisal of the proposal to relocate the school, (3) factors taken into account in deciding whether or not the school could / should be relocated and (4) the decision on whether or not the school could / should be relocated.

If you require any further information or clarity in relation to my request, please let me know.
