Thank you for your recent request received 26th March 2019. Your request was actioned 
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in which you requested the following 
information – 
 
Please supply all Freedom of Information from the Liverpool Echo from 2015 in connection 
with. 
 
1/ All developments, Liverpool Chinatown, NPG Ltd, Pall Mall, Baltic house, berry house, 
Paramount building, Leeds Street Metalworks, Edlon Grove, Fox Street Village, Primesite, 
Victoria house Liverpool. 
 
As the Liverpool Echo has made remarks it was investigating these sites from 2015?  
The last one was this 2019  
"The amount the council is owed, which was revealed in a Freedom of Information request 
submitted by the ECHO, has dropped dramatically since last year when there was £4.4m 
outstanding." 
 

Response: 
 
Liverpool City Council confirms that it holds information relevant to the terms of your 
request, our response being that requests for information made by media organisations are 
the subject of subsequent articles within the respective publications which place all 
information disclosed in the public domain. As such articles are available on the websites of 
these publications the requested information is already in the public domain and reasonably 
accessible to you and in accordance with the application of Section 21 we would refer you to 
the Liverpool Echo website which contains a comprehensive search facility for such articles 
at – https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/  
 
In accordance with the application of Section 21 this letter is also issued as a Section 17 
Notice in accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.  
 
This concludes our response. 
 
The City Council will consider appeals, referrals or complaints in respect of your Freedom of 
Information Act 2000 and you must submit these in writing to

matter will be dealt with by an officer who was not previously involved with the response and
