Dear Mr/Ms Palmer.

Thank you for your emails, I will acknowledge your requests for internal reviews separately.

Following CAF 412:
The exact date and venue will most probably be agreed in the April or June Board meetings and once the arrangements have been finalised the meeting will be advertised approximately 1 month before the meeting.

The advertisement as noted will be in a local newspaper depending on the location of the venue.
The information will also be placed on the Cafcass webpage.
