Shire Hall sale data room
Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,
Agenda Item 7 of the Commercial & Investments Committee meeting of 14 December 2018 reports that a "data room" was set up by Strutt & Parker/BNP Paribas in connection with the sale of the Shire Hall site, and that 147 interested parties were granted access to it.
Could you please supply a copy of the data that the County Council provided for this data room, redacted if absolutely necessary.

I'm particularly interested in getting hold of the Heritage Brief document mentioned on page 4 of the marketing brochure.
