Dear OCEFOI,
Firstly may I thank you for your reply, however there are still some points I would like to clear up.
You state that the Council only hold information dating back to 2004. If this is the case then what is the earliest communication on record between the Council and this organisation?
Second, the "nature" of the money which I enquired about; is your reply relating to all years, i.e. every year has been the same, or is it relating to a single year only?
Yours sincerely,
Christopher Marshall

Other than information produced from the Council’s Financial System, the Council no longer holds any of the communication documentation you have requested as we have not commissioned any work from TAWFA for 2 years and all previous documents were deleted in line with the council’s arrangements for the retention and destruction of information.
I hope this is satisfactory. If, however, you are dissatisfied with our

Dear OCEFOI,
Thank you for your reply. You state that the Council "have not commissioned any work from TAWFA for 2 years", yet what appears is that the Council are giving grants to TWAFA. Which is it, do the Council provide VOLUNTARY grants or do you commission work?
Second can you please point me to the relevant parts of the Council procedure which shows deleting old documents should happen please.
Yours sincerely,
Christopher Marshall

The Council had a Service Level Agreement with TWAFA which ended over two
years ago. Documentation has been deleted in line with our retention
schedule.

Records are retained for the period required in our retention schedule.
Financial records remain available where they are within retention, but
other documentation has been deleted as it reached the end of its
retention period.
I hope this is satisfactory. If, however, you are dissatisfied with our
