CCTV Footage Castle Gate Island

The request was refused by Dudley Council.

Dear Dudley Council,

I was hit by a Volkswagen Golf (Black) on Tuesday 29th January 2019 at about 8.50am.

I was in the outside land heading towards Tesco Extra and was hit from my right by the VW in the middle lane who decided they wanted to take the turn off to the left towards Mcdonalds, Showcase Cinema etc....

They caused damage to the drivers side at the rear passenger door, archway and seal.

The driver drove off and I reported it to the police and my insurance company and despite having a witness and getting the number plate, I am sure they will deny it.

Do Dudley Council have CCTV footage avaliable?

Yours faithfully,

Mr W Kisbee

Dear Information Governance,

It's good to know that good old public have no rights whatsoever but a shame that your local council basically can't give you a straight answer.

If Dudley council do not hold the CCTV footage, can you advise who does?

Yours sincerely,

Wayne Kisbee
