Traffic Count - Classification figures conducted by manual or electronic methods (including but not limited to pneumatic tube, piezo-electric or inductive loop) from period 2008 to 2018 for the roadways listed below.

B6117 Walkley Lane (WF16)
A638 High Street - Halifax Road WF16
A638 Wakefield Road - WF15

Please provide all Air Quality Data (or NOx levels) measured within the WF15 and WF16 postcode areas, for the same period if available.

I am writing in response to your request dated 7 December 2018.  This has
been dealt with under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

 

The Council's response to your specific questions is set out below:

 

1.       Please provide under the FOIA the following data held by Kirklees
Highways or other departments (or said information held by parties
contracted to provide such by KMC), or subsequent explanation as to any
reason this data does not exist or is unavailable.

Traffic Count - Classification figures conducted by manual or electronic
methods (including  but not limited to pneumatic tube, piezo-electric or

Kirklees Council has undertaken ad-hoc surveys at some of these locations
between 2012 and 2018 and this is attached.  At some of the locations
there is no data collected.

 

You may also wish to look at this website with publically available
Department for Transport commissioned count data over a longer time

2.       Please provide all Air Quality Data (or NOx levels) measured
within the WF15 and WF16 postcode areas, for the same period if available.

 

Please find attached our reports to DEFRA since 2009, which includes the
data from 2008 to 2017. The 2018 data is not available at this time.

be submitted within 40 working days of the date of receipt of the response
