We refer to your request of 23 November 2018 , where you asked:
It is estimated that the financial cost of leaving the E.U. will be
approximately £39 Billion. Please can you state WHEN these
payments are due to be made and WHAT the amounts are
expected to be in the form of a timetable.
We have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (‘the
Act’). I confirm that the Department for Exiting the European Union (DExEU) holds
some of the information which you have requested. However, the information is
exempt under section 21(1) of the the Act. Section 21 exempts information if this
information is reasonably accessible to the applicant by other means. Public
authorities are not required to reissue information that is already in the public
domain however, we have provided you further detail and links to this information
below:
