I have established that under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002 the information you have requested
contains some third party personal data, We have applied Section 38(1)(b)
to names and contact details of individual staff members, members of the
public and former employees which have been redacted as disclosure of this
information would then contravene Article 5(1)(a) of the GDPR, where
personal data shall be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent
manner in relation to the data subject. There is no expectation that staff
would have their names and contact details released into the public
domain.
