Dear Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council,

Please provide information on the following for the date range April 2013 to November 2018:

1) Details of all Housing Benefit Appeals that have been successful, i.e. gone in the Housing Benefit claimant's favour. Please including the grounds for the appeal and reference to the case reference or other identifier by which the cases in question can be identified by.

2) Case Law which CMBC, its principals, agents, employees, or contractors are aware of which shows appeals that have been successful, i.e. gone in the Housing Benefit claimant's favour, when they have appealed against the removal of the Spare Room Subsidy or the rate of Housing Benefit paid in relation to under-occupancy.

3) Any Upper Tier Tribunal decisions which have gone in the Housing Benefit claimant's favour in relation to appeals against underoccupancy or the removal of the Spare Room Subsidy where the appellant had initially been disadvantaged by a local authority decision which was then overturned at appeal.
