Planning enforcement has formally logged only one case dealing with alleged planning 
issues at the site under reference COM/18/0174, as the case is looking at all possible 
planning breaches on the site. The issues alleged and investigated to date relate to dust, 
access to the site through Box Lane and out of hours working.  
 
All allegations brought to planning compliance team via emails. Below is the list of
