November 2018 asking for information about the LoHAC Contractor Selection
Process 2.
Your request will be processed by TfL, the Greater London Authority and

A response will be sent to you by 29 November 2018. We publish a

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 1
November 2018 asking for information about the LoHAC Contractor Selection
Process 2.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that
we do hold the information you require.
Please may I see the contract tender documents prepared for each of the
four geographical areas of London that were referred to in my previous FOI
request
Please see attached the invitation to tender documents for each area.
Also how many contractors supplied a bone fide tender in each area?
At Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) stage applicants could bid for
any and all of the 4 areas if they wished to. TfL received completed PQQs
from 11 applicants.
After PQQ evaluation was complete, 10 bidders were shortlisted some of
whom bid for more than 1 area. The following numbers of contractors were
shortlisted for each area and invited to submit bids:
North East North West Central South
6 5 4 5
All shortlisted bidders for all areas submitted bids. For the avoidance of
doubt the number of final tenders received for each area was as follows:
North East North West Central South
6 5 4 5

I am writing to request an internal review of Transport for London's handling of my FOI request 'LoHAC Contractor Selection Process 2'.
I received documentation in response to my request but the component(s) in which the tenderer inserts rates and/or prices has(have) not been included.
The response to my request is therefore, at present, incomplete.
