Thank you for your FOI request regarding agency recruitment.  Please find below our response:

How many doctors have been booked outside of IR35 since April 2017?  None 
 
2. 
What is your yearly trust spend (Oct 17 to Oct 18) on agency locum doctors via framework 
agencies, broken down into grade and specialty?  £2,369,000 (please note that this is 13 
months) all at Speciality Registrar level and Trauma and Orthopaedic Speciality 
 
3. 
What is your yearly trust spend on agency locum doctors (Oct 17 to Oct 18) via OFF-framework 
agencies, broken down into grade and specialty?  No spend via off framework agencies 
 
4. 
What is your average total charge rate for a locum consultant doctor?  No Locum Consultant 
Doctors were employed October 2017 – October 2018.  
 
5. 
Who is the highest paid locum Consultant, what is the hourly rate and in what specialty do they 
practice?  Not applicable 
 
6. 
Please can you outline your spend per agency, broken down by grade and specialty of doctor 
over the past 12 months?  All spend has been with ID medical, at Specialist registrar level and 
all for Trauma and Orthopaedic speciality
