Thank you for your recent requests for information, dated 14th June, 19th June, 5th July, 4th 
July and 7th October.  I wish to acknowledge receipt of your requests and to inform you 
that we are endeavouring to respond as promptly as possible.  You will receive responses 
to your requests by 2nd November 2018. I apologise for any delays in responses to 
previous requests.             
 
I wish to advise you we may have to charge for photocopying for information that is not 
held in electronic formats, I will advise you of this cost in due course. 
 
I can also confirm that the College is conducting an internal review of the College’s 
Freedom of Information processes. You will be informed of the outcome of this review by 
2nd November, if this is not possible within 20 working days then an explanation in writing 
for the delay will be given.
