HMRC and DWP data sharing

I understand that there is a data sharing agreement between HMRC and the Child Maintenance Group (CMG) of the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) as it relates to income information of private individuals.

Please provide the following:

- The primary document laying out the terms of the data sharing agreement between HMRC and the CMG of the DWP.
- Copies of all correspondence between the DWP and HMRC relating to the data sharing agreement going back from the date of this request to 6 months previous.
- Copies of any documents laying out planned updates or upcoming changes to the data sharing agreement.

Thank you for providing the MoU relating to data sharing between the HMRC and DWP CMG. Further to the detail contained therein please provide the following by way of a separate Freedom of Information request that I am making now:

Copies of the following forms:

*CSF341
*RD18
*RD23
*CSF238

Under Section 4 "Procedure" it states that on submission of a CSF238 that "all information will be supplied including tax and earning information".

*Please provide a list of everything that you would supply under the definition of "all information" as defined in the context above.

*Please provide the total number of forms CSF238 and CSF341 submitted to HMRC by DWP in the last 12 months as well as the numbers for whatever 12 month period is used to measure statistics relating to the MoU.

*What is the total cost in the last 12 months that has been reimbursed to HMRC by DWP (as per the parameters laid out in Section 8 "Costs/Charges"?
