Dear Sir or Madam
We refer to our previous response date 14 August 2018 regarding Fire
Doors.
Our Property Services Manager has provided the additional information
below:
Can you detail how many fire doors have been installed in properties under
your management that have been supplied by the following companies:
Manse Masterdor
21
Have you taken any action to remove fire doors supplied by these companies
since the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government announced
these five suppliers have now been identified as failing to meet requisite
fire performance standards.
No fire doors have been removed to date (15:08:18), however NKDC has
requested a quotation to replace the 21 Manse Materdors with certified
fire doors. Contract will be let following receipt of quotations.
Have any doors supplied by these companies been removed before the
announcement.
