Borough Charters not granted by a Monarch

The request was successful.

Dear Privy Council Office,

Please confirm how many petitions by a council of a district praying for a grant of a charter under statutory powers section 245 Local Government Act 1972 that gave them the right to style themselves as boroughs have been presented and granted , please provide both dates.

How many of these charters have been granted that do not contain the correct term of Royal Prerogative but instead contain the wrong incorrect format of prerogative royal?

Are amendments made to the existing charters or are they automatically revoked.

Please provide the names of the two-thirds majority of those members voting in favour of a petition at their District Council meeting convened for the purpose before a petition could be presented and the names of the signatories.
